A Workspace is a secure collaborative place for teams to work together to achieve a particular goal. In Retina, you can have an unlimited number of workplaces with different teams, workflows, and permissions set up for each workspace. Intland provides templates for different purposes such as Agile/hybrid project management or predefined workspace templates to comply with ISO 26262, ASPICE, IEC 82304-1, ISO 14971, GAMP, FDA/IEC/ISO and other regulations. Templates make it easy to start with preconfigured workflows that you can later adapt to your needs.
A user is a named account with the permission to log in to Retina.
No, we don’t offer floating (concurrent) licenses.
Log in with system admin permissions, and look for System admin -> Account Admin.
Once your subscription expires, you will no longer be able to use the product.
With admin permissions, you can freely disable users any time. When users are disabled, their account data, history, and all artifacts remain on the system. Disabled users can’t log in to the system or access their data, but they can be re-enabled any time. Disabled User’s accounts will be removed from all workspaces. Disabled users are not counted as licensed accounts.
Yes, you can use the licenses from any country, continent, time zone, and location.
Notifications will be sent to you via e-mail well before your license expires. You will also receive notifications within the system to extend your license. If your license is about to expire, simply reach out to our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org for an extension.
The minimum subscription period is 12 months.
Yes, you can move from Retina Basic to Retina Pro or Enterprise, and from Retina Pro to Retina Enterprise. When you upgrade, all your data and history remains in the system. The upgarde pricing is calculated based on the pricing difference between your packages. Downgrades are not supported.
In hosted deployments we set up, host, secure, back up, and maintain the system for you (SaaS). We also upgrade the system to the latest release and install security fixes. With self-managed deployment, it is your responsibility to set up, host, secure, and maintain the system on your own system server or in the cloud. This enables you to customize your setup. Cloud deployments requires less administration overall. Docker images and cloud setup scripts are available for AWS and Azure.
Shortly after receiving your purchase order, our sales team will send you the License Code for the subscription period via e-mail.
