When submitting a webinar registration, job application or contact, template request, or trial registration forms on our website, your request provides legal basis for us to manage your personal information. The scope of the personal data collected is limited to what is strictly necessary. First name and last name are needed so that the person submitting the inquiry can be addressed personally; the email address is needed for bilateral communications relating to the inquiry. Without the information in the required fields, the process cannot be carried out and the contact form cannot be used. We also record the types of content you access to profile your interests (e.g. if you submit one of our forms to access an eBook about self-driving cars, we’ll add “Automotive” to your interests. In case you have consented to Intland Software sending you marketing information, you may then receive updates from our marketing and sales departments related to automotive topics).

Finally, our sales team might look up your Linkedin or other social media profile manually, and match the URL of your profile to your entry in our CRM. That’s all.

Who your data is shared with

Intland Software stores and manages all your information internally in our CRM systems. Depending on your geographical location, our partners and certified resellers (with whom we have territory-based agreements) may be provided access to the data you shared with us. We do not share your personal data with any other 3rd party companies, and don’t rent or trade e-mail lists with other organisations and businesses.

Antispam Policy

As per this Policy’s section titled “Types of personal data we collect”, Intland Software collects information about your industry and interests. With your consent, Intland’s marketing and sales departments may send you targeted information according to your personal interest and industry focus.

Intland Software enables you to opt-out any time by deleting or editing any piece of personal information, by unsubscribing to our e-mails, or by requesting to have all your personal data deleted from our records. Upon request, we’ll delete all your personal data (name, e-mail, phone number, job title, Linkedin or other social media profile), but we will continue to store business intelligence data without any personal information.

Intland Software uses e-mail and phone number capturing tools such as, SellHack, and Lusha to support its sales activities. We do not store or manage data from these sources and contact information is only used for 1-to-1 outbound sales activities conforming to the requirements published by the service providers.

Intland Software is committed to protecting your privacy and we only send relevant and useful information with a clearly identified topic and sender. These emails include Intland’s genuine physical address, and a clear way is provided to opt out from all our future emails. Opting out takes effect immediately and indefinitely or until you opt back in to receive communications from Intland Software.

Technical aspects

Technical security measurements are applied from the moment you submit your personal information using any of our online forms. The HTTPS protocol ensures that all data transferred to our server is encrypted. HubSpot’s database is behind a firewall and the service uses a HTTPS protocol. HubSpot’s database is synced with Intland Software’s internal CRM system which is hosted on Amazon AWS servers and is managed by our technical support team.

Hosting information

Our website and codeBeamer ALM’s SaaS version is hosted on the Amazon Web Services. Read AWS’s resources for more information on data security and privacy.

Management aspects

User access and management: New users to any of our internal systems (HubSpot and our internal CRM) will only be added with managerial approval. Access to both systems is revoked from users leaving the company, and all activities are logged.

Control and Responsibility

Every 6 months, we conduct an audit to check if our privacy system is compliant with the requirements of GDPR or other privacy laws defined by Ireland, Germany, and the US.

Responsibility for conducting and documenting these internal audits, and executing any resulting actions is delegated to Intland Software’s Headquarters in Stuttgart.
