Consent and lawful basis

When submitting a webinar registration, job application or contact, template request, or trial registration forms on our website, your request provides legal basis for us to manage your personal information. The information you provide us with will be managed and you will be contacted in order to allow us to process your inquiry and fulfil your request.

The scope of the personal data collected is limited to what is strictly necessary. First name and last name are needed so that the person submitting the inquiry can be addressed personally; the email address is needed for bilateral communications relating to the inquiry. Without the information in the required fields, the process cannot be carried out and the contact form cannot be used. The information you submit will be stored and processed in order to answer your questions.

The collection of personal data (first name, last name, email) with corresponding required fields is necessary for the correct processing of your inquiry. Your explicit consent will be needed to enable Intland Software to send you marketing and sales-related information.

Intland Software’s White Papers, brochures, on-demand webinars, and case studies are creative works based on research, internal knowledge, and in-depth analysis, and are therefore intellectual properties of the company covered by IP legislation. Accessing these pieces of content requires your agreement to process and manage your data in order to be transparent about who is reading and using our intellectual properties as per current regulations.

Intland Software collects, stores, and manages the following personal data and business intelligence information that you share with us via forms on our website (https://intland.com) and/or codebeamer.com trial registration forms:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • E-mail address (business e-mail)
  • Phone number
  • Industry (non-personal data)
  • Company (non-personal data)
  • Job Title

Additional personal data we collect:

  • Website cookies (Learn more about cookies under Cookie information in this Privacy Policy)
  • IP Country
  • Interest
  • Linkedin & social media profiles

In addition to the above data that you provide us with by submitting one of our online forms, we use HubSpot’s service to determine your geographical location (country) based on your IP address (for more info, see this Privacy Policy’s section titled The Cookies We Set & 3rd Party Services We Use). We also record the types of content you access to profile your interests (e.g. if you submit one of our forms to access an eBook about self-driving cars, we’ll add “Automotive” to your interests. In case you have consented to Intland Software sending you marketing information, you may then receive updates from our marketing and sales departments related to automotive topics).

Finally, our sales team might look up your Linkedin or other social media profile manually, and match the URL of your profile to your entry in our CRM. That’s all.
