STUTTGART, GERMANY — 20 APR 2022 — Intland Software, the German Application Lifecycle Management company, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement with product engineering innovator PTC for PTC to acquire the company.
Based in Boston, Massachusetts, PTC is a software and services company that manages a unique portfolio of CAD, PLM, IoT, and AR technologies. The addition of Intland Software’s codebeamer Application Lifecycle Management platform will expand PTC’s current product portfolio, supporting the company’s efforts to create a closed loop between the digital and physical worlds.
Leveraging Intland Software’s technological prowess and market presence in safety-critical industries, this acquisition will significantly broaden and deepen PTC’s ALM footprint. The acquisition, subject to the satisfaction of applicable closing conditions, is expected to close in PTC’s fiscal third quarter.
