Upscale Agile for Medium & Large Enterprises
Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum are currently revolutionizing product development. At the same time, many medium and large organizations face the challenge to upscale agility.
Some questions that often arise are:
- How to synchronize parallel working teams?
- How to scale the Agile framework?
- What is the ideal architecture of an Agile environment?
- What are the roles of the managers or management?
- Who and how much shall change the organization’s structure?
UPscALE: Become a Certified Scrum Master
Join UPscALE in Stuttgart to learn more about Scrum and scaling it. The participants of UPscALE will learn about what Scrum is and how Scrum principles such as self-organization, “Time Boxing”, or retrospectives can bring success to Agile project management. Jeff Sutherland shows how the productivity and quality can be increased with Scrum. UPscALE provides you with the knowledge to make your Scrum team “hyper-productive”.
After attending this event, you’ll have enough knowledge to pass the online examination of the Scrum Alliance to become a Certified Scrum Master. The fees for the (English-language) examination and a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance are included in the price of the course. You will have 4 weeks after the end of the course to pass the test. The Scrum Master certification is valid for two years. The “Certified Scrum Master” certificate and the Scrum Alliance membership can be extended without further courses.
