REConf 2022

Abstract

REConf is one of the largest European conferences for software Requirements Management. For several years, Intland has been taking part in the event, and we’re happy to announce we’ll be participating again in the 2022 edition of REConf!

This year’s event, held in Munich, Germany, is subtitled Requirements Engineering (RE) – A question of culture? The agenda is packed with insightful speed talks, specialist presentations, and workshops around Requirements Engineering. Among the topics covered are user experience (UX) for requirements, tooling and best practices, digital transformation in RE, and many more.

Intland’s team is very enthusiastic about this opportunity to connect with Requirements Engineering professionals from all around the world once again. And we’re especially excited to invite you to our talk at REConf 2022. On 26 Apr, Intland’s Solution Engineer & Technical Consultant Atef Ghribi will give a talk titled Systems Engineering Transformation Programs: Also a Question of Culture? (Systems Engineering Transformationsprogramme: auch eine Frage der Kultur?)

In his talk, he’ll cover how Systems Engineering can help companies respond to current and future challenges of product development, including:

• Digital transformation
• Balancing faster time to market with high product quality
• Adopting Agile without jeopardizing existing processes

The talk will also analyze how the culture aspect can be considered in a systems engineering transformation.
