CEO Janos Koppany Reporting on Intland Software’s 2015 Performance
Intland Software closed an excellent year, with an 80% revenue growth in 2015 compared to the previous year. We also kept the company greatly profitable, allowing us to continue growing dynamically in 2016. We have been able to expand our team by around 30% last year. We have reached these outstanding results growing organically.
We’re seeing increasing demand for Application Lifecycle Management systems across several industry sectors. The main driving force behind this need is the emergence, and increasing omnipresence of IoT. The Internet of Things has brought about a new industrial revolution affecting products, development, realization, distribution and services. IoT is both the present and the future – soon, it will be everywhere.
Gartner, Inc. forecasts that
“6.4 billion connected things will be in use worldwide in 2016, up 30 percent from 2015, and will reach 20.8 billion by 2020. In 2016, 5.5 million new things will get connected every day.”
Our ALM system codeBeamer can be connected to IoT “things” (devices), and is able to integrate the different processes involved in the engineering, development, change, release, and operation lifecycles of these devices. By simplifying and integrating these processes, codeBeamer ALM provides a centralized approach to the lifecycle management of these complex products. This opens up additional new opportunities on the medical, automotive, aviation and embedded system markets.
