In 2004, with 70 employees, RTLogic, a leading provider of products for ground-based space applications primarily for satellite and launch range operations was too large to be considered a small company, and too small to be
called a large company. It needed an affordable enterprise-wide solution to provide sufficient management of its real and intellectual property, and not get in the way of its agile systems development |

The system must support ISO 9000 certification requirements and be able to provide decentralized, network-dispersed, team-oriented, code development and project management. It must also facilitate web based team communication, issue tracking, user access permissions, collaborative code and document management and leverage existing version control systems. |
